A long time before modern day educators came along with their instant learning techniques and as new ways and ideas of teaching, God used his own method to teach. He taught the Great Spiritual Truths of Redemption by using types which are: shadows, examples, figures, and patterns.
The typology of the Sanctuary is God's most effective way of teaching His complete plan of Redemption, because the New Testament is in the Old concealed and the Old is in the New revealed.
